Minister of Public Security Gilad Erdan on Monday, 4 Adar, addressed the 44th annual Israel Leadership Mission of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, led by the organization’s chairman Stephen M. Greenberg, and CEO Malcolm Hoenlein. The event is hosted in the Inbal Hotel in Jerusalem.
Erdan addressed a number of current challenges facing Israel, calling on the United States to intervene regarding Syria.
Erdan: “If the United States is not a significant player in shaping Syria’s future, others will. The Iranian regime will replace Daash in Syria and will become a Syrian Hizbullah, as was done in Lebanon.
It is important for the world to understand that Hizbullah has missiles in the heart of Lebanon’s civilian population, and that Hizbullah is the dominant part of the Lebanese government, and therefore we regard Lebanon as responsible for missiles launched from its territory. We will do everything necessary to protect our citizens and stop the rocket fire.
He spoke of the need to also strike out against Lebanon’s infrastructure, as well as Hizbullah terrorists. “If the world and the United States wish to prevent the serious damage that will occur here in a future war in Lebanon, then the time to act is now”.

Why eliminate only “Privileges”? Why not eliminate Hamas terrorists that are already in prisons?
