The IDF Spokesman reported on Wednesday afternoon close to 4:00PM that a military vehicle was assigned to routine work of repairing the fence of a minefield in the Jordan Valley.

During their work, a vehicle triggered a mine, which blew up. A number of soldiers sustained light injuries. The incident is being probed. The injured soldiers were transported to a hospital.
