Following the Wednesday morning stabbing attack in the security booth at the entrance to Karmei Tzur in Gush Etzion, IDF soldiers began operating in nearby PA (Palestinian Authority) controlled Halhul, the village from which the terrorist came from. The terrorist who perpetrated the attack was shot dead.

Security forces arrived at the home of the terrorist, questioning family members. The force was attacked by hundreds of PA residents, who threw cinderblocks, stones and whatever they had at soldiers.

Soldiers used riot-control means and arrested a number of the attackers. B’chasdei Hashem there are no reports of injuries to soldiers.
