Naama Lutz, a Jerusalem resident, says has been coming to the Kosel monthly for Women of the Wall (WoW) rosh chodesh “tefilos”, explaining that this week, on Rosh Chodesh Shevat, for the first time in 5.5 years, she was prevented from getting in before prayers ended.
In fact, persons waiting by the Kosel report waiting 45 minutes and more as security inspections were rigid. In addition to passing through the magnetometer, each person was patted down by security agents.
Additional inspection lanes were not opened to speed up the process, and many men were among those complaining of missing shachris.

Please enlighten me, If a women wants to daven by the kosel in a peaceful and appropriate manner, what is the issue?
So basically it took a long time for people to get in, and one of those people happened to be a member of WOW.
That’s some quality click bait if you ask me.
Flatbush tzadik: no issue at all. However these women are not coming to daven in a peaceful and appropriate manner. They are coming to cause provocations. If she wants to daven in a peaceful and appropriate manner she can come again tomorrow.
I think she should boycott the WOW prayer service next month and teach these Israeli security people a lesson!
What a mess this golus is. Nothing has been left undone. The relentless efforts of all enemies of the creator to disrupt and destroy. The madness is truly at a point of no control and no return.
what on earth has WOW gotta do with the fact that there were giagantic queues to the Kosel????
nebech, poor Reform lady, couldn’t go and daven like an ‘ehlicheh yid’.
