Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman will ratify tomorrow with the Chief Planning and Construction Council of Judea and Samaria the construction of 1,285 new homes slated for immediate construction. He will also bring before the council plans to begin the process of building an additional 2,500 homes in more than 20 towns across the region.
“The homes that we will ratify tomorrow will be for immediate construction in 2018,”Lieberman said in a statement to the Israeli press. “Among other cities, we will be giving permission to new large neighborhoods to be built in Ariel, Emanuel and other locations.”
The Council operates under the auspices of the Civil Administration which is under the Ministry of Defence. Hence Lieberman has to approve any construction that takes place in Judea and Samaria.
In spite of the increase in construction thousands of homes whose marketing was announced in the first ten months of 2017 are still stuck in administrative red tape, leading many to believe that there is a silent building freeze in the area.

Just talks once again to calm down the people after the murder of the Rabbi in Israel.
Cheap promises which will not happen. Amazing to see how the people is manipulated by those sitting in the
government, and very few people to protest. In spite of all the violence against the Jewish People the government connects PA to electric power. This shows that Israel is not in the hands of the Jews. All decisions are taken over the
head of the Jewish People. Jerusalem, the capital of Israel? Wait and see. It’s hard to believe it’s really settled.
The so called international law which was voted by the Nations to let the Jews return to their homeland is in reality
a volatile matter. Only Hashem can bring us back to Erets. Israel was given by Hashem – not by the Nations.
