Yaakov Teital, who has become known as the “Jewish terrorist” serving a life sentence for murdering two Palestinians, has requested permission to attend the bris of his son. The bris is scheduled to take place this coming Shabbos.
Teital told Israel Prison Authority officials, “Thousands of terrorists have been released to their homes in recent years. I am asking to attend my son’s bris and then continue to serve my sentence. I would expect to receive this little amount I am seeking”.
The request was filed on Teital’s behalf by attorney Azriel Friedenberg of Honenu, informing the prison service Teital will agree to any and all conditions surrounding his attendance at the bris.
Teital has had a number of children born while serving his sentence, the last about 2.5 years ago, at which time he received permission to have the bris in the prison. Since it is on Shabbos this time, doing inside the prison is not an option.

I can’t fathom why he thinks he deserves such privileges.
He should not be given any special privileges at all. He attempted to kill more people with his dangerous bombs, though he was not successful. He should get the strictest of punishments as an example of a Jew who reached the lowest depths.

He is a Jew and deserves to go to his son’s brit. He is Jew torn by the situation of weekly terror attacks by Arabs (so called Palestinians) waging war against the Jewish people. The PA leadership and population support and fund this terror. His family lives in an area that sees its shares of Arab terror. I am against torturing my people to please the PA or world who thrives on Jew hatred. Those Jews who will not allow him to attend his son’s brit is cruel and heartless.
