An IDF soldier sustained light-to-moderate shrapnel injuries and two others light injuries in a Tuesday morning 21 Cheshvan 5773 bomb attack. Soldiers were engaged in a shootout with terrorists in Gaza near Nirim in the central area of the Gaza border. The injuries appear to be from a bomb detonated against the soldiers.

The soldiers were transported by military chopper to Beersheva’s Soroka Medical Center. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.
