There will be an adjustment in gasoline prices in Israel in January 2018, an increase.
Gas prices including VAT will be NIS 6.19 a liter for 95 octane, the equivalent of $7.15/US gallon. This represents a f agorot increase from last month.
The calculation is based on the closing Bank of Israel exchange rate on Friday, 11 Teves, of NIS 3.46=$1

Wow, $7.15 per gallon?! That sounds like a lot but, not knowing anything about pricing in E’Y, what is that in comparison to prices of other things people normally buy like milk, water, etc?
