Temperatures began dropping in northern areas on motzei Shabbos. This continued on Sunday, followed by rainfall in the north. The colder temperatures, winds and rainfall are working their way south, and Monday is expected to be cold, gusty, and accompanied by isolated thundershowers and intermittent rainfall from the north to the northern Negev. Snow accumulations are expected on the Golan Heights.
There are flood warnings for low-lying areas in the east and south. Tuesday is expected to be accompanied by intermittent showers too.
The rain is expected to return again towards the weekend and on Shabbos. Some of the predicted temperatures for Sunday and Monday include:
