12 Kassam rockets were fired at Sderot and the western Negev on Thursday – with two rockets landing near a school of the Eshkol Regional Council. Hamas claimed responsibility for the attacks.
Several people were treated for shock. Numerous vehicles were damaged, as well as a shed near a home. The fire dept was called to the scene to extinguish a fire caused by the rockets.
Meanwhile, IDF and IAF forces have been operating in Gaza Strip since Wednesday night, as armor and Golani forces killed six terrorists in the area.
“If the Kassam rocket fire from Gaza continues, then we will strengthen our operations more and more, and we will increase the casualties on the other side,” Defense Minister Ehud Barak said during a tour of a military base in the western Negev.

Why are the Israelis playing around with Hamas. Blow them up already and get rid of them once and for all. No other country would put up with Kassams being fired at them EVERY day.
Eventually, Iran will rearm them with long-range missles which can hit every city in Israel. Why wait? Wipe them out.
When will all those who supported the Gaza disengagement or were parave on the issue, stand up and proclaim, “CHATATI LEFANACHA”, (we did believe that it would increase the possibilities of peace, change the world view of the Jews, etc. full of hogwash). Only by acting as the ‘chosen people’ with allegience to the one above, can the picture change to the better, we are moving speedily down the road to redemption. Get on board.
Unfortunatly, Israel is the only country that produces stupid Jews. Would the USA wait one mimute to wipe out terrorists in Mexico if Kassams were falling on San Diego?
