The Sulam organization opened a new Yiddish speaking kindergarten in Modi’in Illit serving developmentally challenged children. Deputy Minister of Education (Yahadut HaTorah) Rav Menachem Eliezer Moses was the guest of honor, joined by Modi’in Illit Mayor Rav Yaakov Gutterman.

The dignitaries praised the new facility and the dedication of the Sulam staff, who deal with these special children to narrow the developmental gap that results from their slower learning abilities.
