It remains a mystery as to who is responsible for the damage to Maran HaRav Shteinman’s Kever during shiva.
According to Hareidim10, a number of talmidim visited the kever of Maran HaRav Aharon Yehuda Leib Shteinman ZT”L during the shiva and were horrified to find someone broke the temporary sign with his name, as well as disturbing the order of the stones placed around the kever during the kvura.
An investigation was underway to find who was responsible for this horrible act.

The same methods of Jew haters throughout history.
If they ever find out who did this they should lock them up in a mental institution.
Rumor has it that the perpetrators have been identified. I say best for them to admit to their actions before they are rounded up. The police know who you are and are very close by.
probably that group that had a beef with the Roish Hayeshiva because of the nachal chareidi parsha. I am NOT mekaneh them for their portion in oilom ha’emes. a front seat has been reserved for them in She’oil Tachtis…..
I am nowhere near the Litvish/Yeshivish world, but this is absolutely abhorrent. I agree with apdsvys in his speculation of the perpetrators. Unbelievable.
Is breaking a name sign and disturbing the stones set at the kevura worse than stealing thousands of people’s time over the course of the past few months? Ask Rav Shmuel.
Maybe it got damaged from the large crowds and was unintentional?
