Media reporting that the family heard the siren, had 15 seconds (read that out loud) to take cover in the safe room, and then they heard a huge explosion.

Over the past 11 days since President Donald Trump made his announcement recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, groups in Gaza have fired rockets at Israel on an almost daily basis. The last of the volleys was fired on Friday when the rocket that was shot at Israel hit the home of a Gazan resident in Beit Hanun in the Strip.
