A senior Eida Chareidis askan was arrested during Thursday morning 12 Kislev in his home on Bar Ilan Street in Jerusalem. He was arrested for operating a phone ‘Nayis’ line called Kol Chavrei HaEida Chareidis (The voice of members of the Eida Chareidis – ‘קול חברי העדה החרדית’), using the phone line to advance protests against IDF induction over recent weeks.
While the arrest was being made, officials simultaneously arrived at the home of a person who broadcasts to another similar phone line, confiscated phones and equipment and then placing him under arrest.

Now THAT’S what I call “1st Ammendment” rights, no? A true democracy, right? A “color-blind” medina open for all Jews.
Israel does not have “1st Ammenedment” rights. We have our own government with NO constitution and no admendments.
