Police on Thursday 5 Kislev received a call for a carjacking at the entrance to Karnei Shomron. An Israeli driver stopped on the side of the road to adjust some items that were tied to the roof of the vehicle. He was beaten badly, and the attackers made off with his vehicle.

Medical officials report he is in moderate condition. Preliminary information points to a PA (Palestinian Authority) vehicle with two occupants seen near the victim’s vehicle. One of the two got into the victim’s vehicle and they both drove off.
