MDA dispatchers received a call on Thursday morning 13 Cheshvan for a male who fell from a cliff in the Gilboa Region.

When paramedics arrives, they found a 43-year-old male with serious head injuries, in cardiac arrest after smashing into a mountain while on an omega. CPR and advanced life support were begun but at some point, the decision was made to terminate, and he was pronounced dead on the scene.
