A one-and-a-half-year-old infant was taken to Shaare Zedek hospital in Jerusalem on Tuesday afternoon in moderate condition after drugs were found in her system. Following initial testing the drugs that were found in the infant’s system was marijuana. The infant’s parents are being held by police for a full inquiry.
A Police spokesperson issued the following statement: “A short time ago the police received a report from the hospital that a one-and-a-half-year-old infant was transferred from the Kuppat Cholim where her parents brought her while she was in moderate condition. From initial tests done at the hospital, it was suspected that she had been exposed to drugs. Police investigators arrived at the hospital and began a thorough investigation and detained the parents (Jerusalem residents aged 34 and 25), who were brought to the Moriah police station for questioning. Social services have been notified regarding the incident. After the initial investigation police have decided to arrest the parents, who will be brought for an arraignment hearing at the Jerusalem Magistrate’s court tomorrow morning.”

Sources at Shaarei Zedek reported the infant seemed super chilled, while referring to all medical staff as “Man”. Furthermore, the infant’s Doritos input was markedly higher than average.
That’s not funny. Mods, can’t you pull that comment?
