It can happen to anyone, even the Rishon L’Tzion, and that is what occurred on Wednesday night as HaGaon HaRav Moshe Shlomo Amar Shlita was being driven on Highway 6 to an engagement. It was about 22:00 when the rav’s driver heard a noise and felt the vehicle pulling to one side. He pulled off to the shoulder to check, seeing the flat tire.
The tire was changed without incident baruch Hashem but it did result in a major delay in the rav’s schedule.

Takes about 15 minutes to change a flat if the spare is fully inflated as it shoudl be. Is that a major delay?
