A chareidi male was taken into custody on Sunday evening 2 Cheshvan as a suspect in the probe against attacks against Arabs who maintain a connection with Jewish women. This is in connection to the raids on Motzei Shabbos and arrests of fifteen persons connected with the Lehava organization. Many of those arrested, including Lehava head Bentzion Gupstein, were ordered released by the court on Sunday to the chagrin of police.
Chadrei Chareidim reports B.Y, the charidei minor taken into custody, was arraigned and from there, sent to the Russian Compound Detention Center. As he was being walked to the Russian Compound supporters were on hand to cheer him on as he clenched his tefilin bag in his hand. He told his colleagues to return to yeshiva and that he was not afraid.

Was he forced to wear the striped (very un-yeshivish) shirt as punishment? Deliberately humiliating a prisoner violates international legal norms (not that it stops anyone, anywhere). But a haredi dressed like that makes one wonder…
Perhaps they should begin arresting the Arab animals who physically abuse these same women who fall prey to their enticement and only realize their error once it’s too late.
