A a five-year-old child sustained serious injuries in a vehicular accident on Tuesday morning 27 Tishrei on Chabad Street in Betar Illit, during the morning hours.

EMT Yosef Rabb of United Hatzalah reported from the scene that the child was struck by a private vehicle. She was transported in a MDA paramedic ambulance to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem. Paramedics reported her condition as serious, with head injuries, citing she was conscious during transport.
