Shuvu Banim community head Rabbi Eliezer Berland has requested to be permitted to leave Israel to spend Rosh Hashanah in Uman, at the tziyun of Rav Nachman ZT”L.

A request was filed on his behalf to permit him to be at the tziyun of Rav Nachman for Rosh Hashanah, one that was granted provided a large amount of bail was posted on his behalf.

The permission was given for him to travel to Uman in exchange for putting up 740,000 shekels in bail, which was done.
