According to Israel Electric Company Chairman Yiftach Ron-Tal, the PA (Palestinian Authority) owes the utility 600 million NIS. Addressing a conference hosted in Ariel, Ron-Tal explained that since the PA does not generate its own electricity, it receives electricity from facilities inside the Green Line.
