It was not that long ago when Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and visiting Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited with Moishe Holtzberg and his grandparents in Israel.

It was during that visit that PM Netanyahu promised Moishe that on his next trip to India, he would accompany him to see the Chabad House where his parents HY”D and others HY”D were murdered in the 2008 terrorist attack.

Visas were also given to his grandparents who have undertaken to raise him, Rabbi Shimon and Yehudis Rosenberg, who will accompany Moishe as well. Also working to raise him is his nanny from India, Sondra, who received a special dispensation to remain in Israel and raise Moishe. She communicates with him in English.

Rav Shimon has stated on many occasion that Moishe was born there (Mumbai) and when he is ready for shlichus, this will be his mission, to continue the work of his late father and mother Rabbi Gabi and Rebitzen Rivki Holtzberg HY”D.
