A 23-year-old driver was apprehended by Israel traffic enforcement police on Monday evening at 5:00PM between Beersheva and Aruar. He was clocked traveling 125 KPH in a 90 KPH zone.
It was explained to the driver that a 750-shekel fine was issued against him and he earned 8 points on his license and released.
At about 6:50PM, an hour and fifty minutes later, he was apprehended by traffic enforcement police a second time, this time traveling 130 KPH in a 90 KPH zone. Once again, a 750-shekel fine and 8 points, and police permitted him to continue on his way.
At 7:00PM, ten minutes later, he was stopped two kilometers south of the second stop, this time traveling 131 KPH in the 90 KPH zone. He was fined 1,500 shekels and issued 10 points on his license for a total of 26 points.
