IDF military police arrived at Nachal Gilo Street in Beit Shemesh on Monday night to arrest a talmid. Police were met by dozens of protesters who created a delay and thereby permitted the talmid to flee.
Two of the protesters were taken into custody for interfering with police. After police left the scene without the talmid, protesters headed to the home of Yaakov Roshi, who heads the IDF program to induct chareidim, to continue protesting there.
