Poll: Likud Will Fare Better Without Bibi


According to the latest Channel 10 News poll, most Israelis do not believe Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is telling the truth regarding police investigations against him. 51% of respondents do not believe his version of events while 66% feel he must step down if indicted.

The poll also asked:

If indicted, does PM Netanyahu have to step down from office?

66% yes, he must step down

21% no, he does not have to

13% does not know

Who is most suited to lead the right-wing?

In first place, with 23%, Gideon Saar.

Second place goes to Bayit Yehudi leader Naftali Bennett.

Third place goes to Yisrael Beitenu leader Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman.

The poll also shows if there were elections today, Likud under the leadership would receive 27 votes, three fewer than it has today. however, if the party was headed by Yisrael Katz, Gilad Erdan or Gilad Saar, Likud earns 31 seats, one more than it has today.

If Bibi heads Likud, it receives 27 seats

  1. Just remember the polls before the last elections and what really happened. Machane Zioni was going to will with Herzog? What happened? Just the opposite.

    Let us hope that Bibi continues for many years; Bibi has been very good for dealing with Arabs (could be better though) and properity (Israelis are financially doing well). Socially, it is a great country to live in, too!
