The Women in Green organization has been sponsoring the walk around the Old City on Tisha B’Av night for 22 years in line with the tradition of the past. This year, police have asked leaders of the walk to modify their route due to fears of Arab violence surrounding the last weeks and the violence surrounding Har Habayis.

At the time of this report it is not clear if the route will change but the accompanying announcement provides details of where and when the event begins.
