In this photo, an EMT-3 shows a piece of food which was removed from the throat of a toddler, thereby saving her live.

Magen David Adom received the call for a choking victim on Thursday, at 12:01PM. Paramedics and EMTS were dispatched to the Givatayim address, and after the foreign body was removed from the toddler’s throat, she was transported to Tel Hashomer Hospital by paramedics in moderate condition with a partially obstructed airway.
