Police in the past two weeks have been conducting an investigation following reports that women working in a Jerusalem advertising agency were being attacked by their employee, a chareidi male. The person in question was arrested on Sunday, 17 Sivan, a person who also runs an educational institution in Elad.
As police made progress in their investigation, they learned of additional victims who agreed to file a formal complained.
It is reported the 30-year-old Jerusalem resident was a partner in an advertising agency which had women in various managerial positions, mostly young woman who received close personal attention as part of the learning process following their hiring towards advancing them professionally.
After a while he used to humiliate them, harass them as he began attacking them, and later took them to different places and attacked them severely. He also found that in some cases he sent the workers to their home and made sure to stay alone with the same worker and then attacked her.
When he felt that they were deterred by his actions, he began to threaten them that if they did not acquiesce, he would tell their husbands and rabbis in the community, and thus they would be humiliated or worse.
The police reported: “From all the evidence so far, it appears that the suspect acted in a manner of cunning and sophistication by acting to empower them and create admiration for him, thereby creating a kind of dependence on his position and ability to advance them into administrative projects in his office.
The police arrested the suspect yesterday and brought him to the Ohz station for questioning. At the same time, he searched his home and at his workplace as director of an educational institution for girls in Elad.
The police investigation, which has been accompanied by the State Attorney’s Office since its inception, continues with an emphasis on locating additional complainants who were injured by the suspect.
The lawyer of the suspect, Attorney Ariel Atari, said that his client “categorically denies the suspicions against him. He never attacked anyone. This is extortion and financial conflict on the part of three or four workers.”

This is obviously disgraceful behavior of proven true, I see it is denied. However, were these children or adults? And in some cases they were married women? (allegedly) I think sometimes some “weaker” people may be shy about shaking things up like not commenting (or quitting) if say someone “shook their hand” but this?????????
