Ziad I’ad, a PA (Palestinian Authority) resident who threatened MK Yehuda Glick, agreed to a plea bargain agreement in an IDF military court including a two-month jail term, eight months probation and a NIS 10,000 fine. This means if he repeats his crime during the eight months of probation, he is immediately returned to prison.
The threat against Glick on social media included a photo of the terrorist who shot Glick two years ago in an assassination attempt.
Glick stated “Incitement and threats on social media is terror, no less. I thank the IDF, Israel Police and the law-enforcement system for its expeditious handling of the matter”.
