There will be a drop in gas prices at midnight June 1, 2017, albeit an insignificant one.
Prices of 95 octane gasoline will drop from a maximum price of NIS 6.02 per liter to NIS 5.99.
This means the new price per US gallon for 95 octane after June 1, 2017, may not exceed $6.71 based on the Monday, 4 Nissan 5777 exchange rate of one dollar equals 3.57 shekels. This is the price of self-service as full service is 19 agorot more expensive per liter.
The current 0.19 agorot surcharge for full service remains the same.
