Officials in the President’s Residence report that 88-year-old President Shimon Peres is feeling well following hernia surgery. The president was released from Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer Hospital in Tel Aviv and he is recuperating at home, expected to begin resuming his public appearances some time later in the week.
