It was a horrific site at the PA (Palestinian Authority) zoo in Kalkilye as a bear tore off and ate the arm of a 9-year-old boy. The child was a part of a school group visiting the zoo.
PA police report the child tried to feed the bear and got up against the bear’s cage. It was then the bear grabbed his arm and tore it off from the elbow.
The child was taken to a local hospital.
The zoo is the only one in Yehuda and Shomron, established by the PA in 1985 and today, it is home to 170 animals.

Well the boy fed the bear in the end
Midah Kneged Midah
Let out the bear let him devour the entire school of future Terrorists
That is awful! Now we can really see why all the local zoos have either tempered glass or a pit to prevent accidental contact. That child really underestimated a bears strength.
well just bear in mind he actually hand fed him.
what it should say is the zoo is visited by 170 “animals” and home to a number of mammals..
The truth is אשרי שיאחז ונפץ את עולליך but still for us Jews with a natural inborn מדה of רחמנות , this is a horrific heart wrenching story .
All Palestinians belong in a zoo
As terrible as it is to lose an arm, I guess he’ll have one less arm to throw rocks with.
That is the arm that he would of used to kill Jews with
This is not surprising. We have learned in Parashas Noach that the behaviour of human beings has an effect on the behaviour of animals. Because people did not respect morality, the animals also interbreeded with animals not of their own kind. In today’s era as well, scientists have reported that in morally decadent San Francisco, sea gulls were participating sexually with birds that were not seagulls. Similarly here, we see bears in the PA mimicking the violent behaviour of the local inhabitants.
Some of the comments on this horrible tragedy are disgraceful. Nothing in Torah would allow these comments.
Thank you huju. Those comments are sickening
