In the above video a Peleg faction official Rav Petrov explains the reality as they see it vis-à-vis the affiliated HaPeles newspaper. He explains that from the smallest business to the largest company; anyone and everyone that dared to advertise in HaPeles was targeted by “them”, referring to the rival Degel Hatorah faction, including fiscal sanctions. He mentioned Rav Menachem Carmel by name as a prominent Peleg founder and prominent businessman, owning the Bar Kol supermarket chain.
Petrov explained that after Carmel dared to advertise in HaPeles, he faced threats and sanctions as was the case with others, to the point rumors were spread about him and others, to the point that banks were warned of their “impending bankruptcy”.
Petrov and supporters remain firm in their commitment while pointing a finger of blame at their rivals in the litvish chareidi community, lamenting their actions against the newspaper and its supporters.

First of all, this is old news, as the meeting took place on Motzai Shabbos. What took you so long to report it.
Secondly, why don’t you report the whole story? Why don’t you inform your readers that the main players in Hapeles and Hapeleg Hayerushalmi are currently under investigation for using extortion in order to finance their newspaper?
The way you present it here makes it sound like the Yated is the villain and Hapeles is the victim, and this might not necessarily be so.

The Yerushalmi group is NOT anymore “a peleg, a faction”. It is the MAINSTREAM and majority of the Litvishe world. On the other hand, the Bnei Brakers are today the Peleg, the minority of the Litvishe world.
The Yerushalmi group’s Press Conference yesterday revealed some stunning true facts that Fakestream Media are trying to hide and disregard. Hopefully they’ll succeed in showing the world נצח ישראל לא ישקר and the truth will prevail.
The Yerushalmi group are the true guardians of this generation in all aspects of yiddishkeit. They should just keep up their good work for the benefit of Klal Yisroel.

28 people were arrested in middle of the night, 18 of which were immediately released. The rest of them are only arrested for political purposes. FYI, the investigator AND judge are good friends of the Yated collaborators. This should give you a hint of the honesty about the entire investigation…
Thirdly, for a change YWN reported something accurately who the true villains are. Hard for you to accept the truth, huh? Get ready for additional revelations about the “maasim tovim” of those “villains”.
YWN, thanks for advertising this BIG Chilul Hashem. That way just in case there was someone who wasn’t aware of it, got it now. I’m sure HKBH is shepping much nachas.

His Chillul Hashem (in his opinion) is that YWN had the audacity to share an unbiased piece rather than a peleg slander piece or a Degel puff piece. How embarrassing that there are those among us who can’t even stomach the fact that not everyone thinks like them.

The vitriol and pysical violence against real Jews that they encourage finds no basis in Torah true Judaism.

You sound like the eiruv rav proudly telling the Jews “eila elohecha yisrael”They knew that they had to sell the eigel as a mitzva, a holy pursuit, for it to take hold.
That lesson taught us not to rationalize sins into Judaism.

do you know that: every year the percentage of the number of yeshiva bochurim who MUST conscript goes up?
which means, that in only 4-5 years only ‘the metzuyonim or geonim’ will be allowed to sit and learn…
who is gonna decide who these few ‘mezuyonim and ge’onim’ are? the israeli, non frum army officers!!!
and what do you think is gonna happen then? lots of money will be changing hands under the table, and all those with protexia and money will pay in order to keep their sons in yeshiva.
