1. I don’t get it! How can any Daas Torah encourage or even condone such behavior!!!!!
   Where is simple Ahavas Yisroel?

2. #1 Pikuach nefesh/neshama is docheh everything, which is the reason Gedolei Yisroel encourage it.

   Had you truly had ahavas yisroel, instead of criticizing heilige yidden, you’d join or encourage others to join their protests to stop drafting Yeshiva boys once and for all, especially those who are sitting and learning, and especially from those yeshivos who are not govt funded.

   Don’t try bobkess about getting a deferment or exemption. Since the Tal Law expired, getting a deferment or exemption is much more difficult. Stepping into a recruitment center since then is (almost) like going into the lion’s den. If they don’t believe you’re a yeshiva student, even if you can prove it, you’re automatically drafted to the military or arrested and jailed if you refuse, esp. Sefardim, baalei tshvua, children from single parents, and regular yeshiva boys. Dozens and dozens of yeshiva boys – NOT from Rav Auerbach’s yeshiva – are momentarily languishing in jail for months!!! unlike boys from Rav Auerbach’s yeshiva who are arrested at protests and released within days. Don’t expect to hear any of this from Fakestream media.

   It is hard for me to imagine that at the present moment there are dozens of yeshiva students in jail. Let us take for example the Mir, Chevon, Brisk, if their students were in jail, I am 100% positive that we would hear about it. Exactly who is in jail?? Please let all the גבאים
   know, so we can together make a מחאה.

   Where did you get that absolute dribble from? It’s so not true.

5. #2, you’re so wrong! What dkes that have to do with attacks agaibst the individual soldier! Why is he the scapegoat for your frustration – whether correct or incorrect, that’s not the discussion – against the government? What heter is there to attack him? Did he make yhe policy? This is pure, unadulterated שפיכת דמים and שנאת ישראל. And, if I may add, a דין of רודף to go along about which, בזמן שבית המקדש קיים is קנאים פוגעים בו.

6. These are police staged sting operations.They aren’t appropriate,especially before Pesach!Was the soldier who attacked the frum yid-even if the yid is a mesugah-a few weeks ago arrested?No ,they only arrest the frum yids not the occasional soldier who attacks the frum yid.

7. Its very obvious that this soldier is not just happening to pass thru that area. His tzitzis and capple are staged to cause an uproar.
   Hes a staged ‘victim’. Like the US TV program that leaves bugged fancy cars with the engine running in the middle of Harlem. The object is entertainment more then law enforcement.
   Same here.
   If the locals would have any tact they’d ignore the clown. That way the cops would go elsewhere.
