The 10-year-old Beit Shemesh boy who became entangled in a rope around his neck and then pulled by an elevator died of his injures R”L on erev Shabbos in Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital. The child was in critical condition when he arrived in the trauma center last week.
The young boy, Yechiel Zussman z”l, was a member of a prominent family in the Beit Shemesh Belz community.

I still don’t understand how a little boy got entangled by a rope around his neck in an elevator? Can someone please clarify? Was this a suicide or the kid went inside the area of the machinery, in which case, once again: Parents not checking what their kids are doing. When are we going to learn the lesson? How many karbanos?
