A Neiss!
they were driving it on private property
so i dont think that they can be prosecuted
First of all, as I am a resident of that neighborhood I know for a fact who they were and they were NOT 15, but rather a 13 and a 14 year old, with the 14 year old “guiding” the 13 year old who was behind the wheel. They took the keys from their father without his knowledge and it was NOT private property. This was a danger not only to themselves but also to those around them and the police YES filed charges against the parents and the social services were called in. It’s a nes that those kids came out alive from it, & hope this teaches people a lesson on our very busy erev Pesach when we leave our kids unattended. Please check on them and give them productive things to do to keep them busy.
