08:30: A 21-year-old Arab female was arrested in Hebron after it was discovered she was concealing a large knife. She told authorities she planned to stab a Jew.

** The IDF Homefront Command this morning is conducting emergency siren tests in the Sharon and Shomron areas.

** 1,200 terrorists imprisoned in Israel have sent back their meals, launching a hunger strike.

** The High Court this morning held up a police decision barring an outdoors marijuana event in Tel Aviv later in the week on International Marijuana Day. Petitioners wanted to circumvent the police decision and receive permission to participants of the event to openly smoke pot.

** Thousands take part in Prisoner Day protest marches against Israel in PA-Hebron, Gaza and Shechem.
