Yerushalayim was placed on high alert earlier today after intelligence reports of a terrorist infiltration into the city. The police placed the city on “Alert Level 3” as a result of information regarding a possible terror attack. Road blocks were quickly setup in the Maaleh Adumin and French Hill areas – resulting in large amounts of traffic. MDA had asked
the Hatzolah Israel Volunteers to be on alert and to come to the station to pickup ambulances.

Shortly after, the police reduced the alert level. No reason was given by the intelligence officials as to why it was reduced.
