A male in his 50s was arrested on Har HaBayis on Wednesday morning, the fourth day of chol hamoed Pesach after an Arab man said he attacked him.
According to Honenu officials, the Jewish man explained he was harassed by the Arab male, but when police arrived, the Arab man said the reverse was true. Police spoke with the Arab, not permitting the Jew to explain his side of the story, and the Arab male was released while the Jewish man was taken into custody.

Whatever happened with the Arab, this Jew attacked the gedolim who assured his being on Har Habayis to begin with. Enough said.

#1 Loyal Jew…
While I myself would not go up on Har HaBayit, I don’t think it is fair to say this Jew “attacked the gedolim”.
The fact is, there ARE gedolim, including the Rambam, who hold/held that (with proper preparation) one CAN go on Har HaBayit.
In any case, it is very sad that the police seem to (often) take the side of the yishmaeli instead of that of the Jew.
#1, the poskim who permit going up are no less than those who don’t.
The Israeli police hsould have been fair and arrest both or free both. Clearly we also have our Uncle Toms, as in “Uncle tom’s Cabin.”
