01:10: Arab males tried to carjack a vehicle traveling in Shomron between T Junction and Beit El. The vehicle was occupied by two women and a child. Another passing Israeli vehicle scared the attackers off Baruch Hashem.

** The Mt. Hermon ski resort closed Thursday morning due to heavy fog and snowfall.

** 21 Adar marks the 225th yahrzeit of Noam Elimelech of Lizensk ZY”A, talmid of the Maggid of Mezritch. Thousands are expected to visit the tziyun during the day.

12:30: Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz calls for stepped up security on the Jerusalem light rail following the AM stabbing attack.

** A weapon belonging to a security guard at a Gush Etzion construction site was stolen. The weapon was recovered by authorities in a home under construction. A number of suspects have been detained for questioning.

13:45: Once again, an attempted carjacking, this time between Hizme and Anatot. Arab motorist intentionally hit Jewish vehicle driven by lone female to compel her to stop. Baruch Hashem she managed to flee the scene.
