IDF officials during recent weeks have been examining a large powerful explosive that was set in place to detonate against an IDF patrol only the Gaza border.

According to the report in the daily HaMevaser, the bomb exhibited markings that point directly to its manufacture in Iran. A recent patrol detected a string of bombs along the border and Baruch Hashem they were neutralized without incident.

The military censor is not permitting publication of the photos of the explosive or additional details regarding its makeup.
