** An eastern Jerusalem Arab resident was acquitted by the Jerusalem District Court of throwing rocks at a Jewish vehicle on the way to the Kosel. The court ruled the state lacked sufficient evidence to prove the defendant was the one who actually hurled rocks at the vehicle.
