More than 10 Kassam Rockets have landed in Israel since Tuesday morning – with one of them directly striking an apartment building in Sderot just minutes ago. Magen David Adom Medics on the scene are reporting several people being treated for shock only – and Boruch Hashem no serious injuries are being reported.
The other rockets have all landed in open areas of the Western Negev.

B”H no physical injuries or damages. Just read a diary of a resident of Sderot describing the middle of the night siren, waking up screaming children, pulling and shlepping them to the protected spots while they are shrieking, vomiting and dazed. No physical injuries but emotional and mental ones forever.
since when is shock not a serious injury? Shock can be more difficult to treat and overcome than physical scars.
