Israeli Ambassador to France Yossi Gal was summoned by French Foreign Ministry officials for a clarification regarding an IAF raid over Gaza on Sunday, which resulted in injuries to family members of a French diplomatic official.

** The Jerusalem Magistrate Court issued a 3-month restraining order on a Gush Etzion resident who demonstrated yesterday opposite Justice Minister Yaakov Ne’eman’s residence. The order bars him from protesting in front of the Knesset, PM’s & president’s residence too.

** In an interview that will appear over the weekend, former president Moshe Katsav continues to maintain his innocence ahead of beginning a 7-year jail term, adding he has no intention of harming himself as was rumored in Israel this week.
