Islamic Missionaries At The Kosel On Shabbos

A group of Muslims stood at the Kosel on Shabbos morning, distributing Hebrew pamphlets entitled “The Path to Happiness”. A number of mispallalim took the pamphlets and read them later in the day, reporting they were full of concepts best described as heresy, basically suggesting that for one to find the true path, one must convert to Islam.

Those handing out the pamphlets spoke Hebrew, apparently to confuse the tzibur into taking and reading the handouts. It should be pointed out that the covers and headline also mimicked Breslov productions, once again, towards getting people to take and read the material.

I fail to see the humor. You have no idea how many Jews who don’t know much about Judaism get dragged into other religions by missionaries masquerading as Jews or masquerading their reading material as Jewish books. They are sneaky slimy disgusting Reshoim and we need to take them seriously. Many people who we fail to be mekarev end up in their hands.
