Israel’s High Court on Tuesday (Sept. 13) ordered the acceptance committee of the community of Rakefet to allocate a plot of land for Ahmed and Zadina Zabeidat, who have applied to the northern Jewish community but were rejected.

Chief Justice Dorit Beinish and Justices Edna Arbel and Elyakim Rubinstein instructed the acceptance committee to allocate a plot of land for the couple to build their home within 90 days.

The process has been ongoing for over four years.
