Asher Dahan, who stands accused of the murder of Baba Elazar, Rabbi Elazar Abuchatzera ZATZAL, told the Beersheva District Court that he feels “threatened” in prison.
Dahan on Tuesday was attending a remand hearing and Justice Ruth Avida extended his detention, ordering him held without bail, but accepted the defense attorney’s appeal, ordering Dahan held in the Shar Menashe Psychiatric Hospital in line with the Ministry of Health district psychiatrist.

Even in jail killing a great sage is seen as evil. Of course he feels threatened.
if he wants to get out, i’d be fine with that! just let his sefardi friends see his face! he won’t be complaining too much any longer. irony. after stabbing him “didnt think he would die” (perhaps one can live with chopped liver and chopped heart).
Um is he kidding
You think????
