11:25PM EST: West 121st Street and Lenox Avenue NYPD are on the scene with four people confirmed shot. They are calling a Level 1 mobilization in regards to the shooting. Unknown their conditions.

11:50PM EST: The victims were shot over a four block radius. All have been removed to hospitals. One is likely to die. Massive police response is underway for the manhunt.
