12:30PM EST: Police rescue crews have pulled a woman and a child from the Hudson River on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. It’s not clear how the pair ended up in the river. It’s not clear what their conditions are or what their relationship is to one another.
 
CBS 2 is reporting that it appears the woman jumped into the river with her child intentionally.
